Privacy Policy
This English summary explains how MLPro handles personal data. The Portuguese policy remains the governing version under Brazilian law.
Data we collect
We may collect identification and business contact information submitted through our forms, along with basic technical and campaign data used to understand the origin of a request.
How we use data
We use this information to respond to requests, prepare consultations and proposals, deliver contracted services, improve our website and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
MLPro does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate our systems, subject to appropriate safeguards, and is retained only for legitimate business or legal purposes.
- advertising and measurement platforms, such as Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, to measure campaign results and, when authorized, present relevant ads.
Cookies and browsing data
Optional cookie and storage categories are denied by default. You can accept all, reject optional technologies, or allow Analytics and Advertising separately. The choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through the Cookie preferences button.
Measurement and advertising tools. We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising UET, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Compatible tools may load with storage denied and transmit limited technical signals without advertising or analytics cookies until you make a choice. Meta and LinkedIn remain blocked until Advertising is authorized.
The confirmed lead event is recorded only after the backend accepts the request. The current Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising configuration does not send a name, email address, phone number, message content or the internal lead identifier.
Contact attribution. When you submit a form, we record the cookie preference state that applies at that moment, the attribution mechanism version and whether technical storage was available. These records demonstrate and help diagnose the scope of attribution. They do not enable rejected categories, recover blocked identifiers or replace your choice. The contact checkbox authorizes the use of data needed to respond to the request and does not, by itself, authorize Analytics or Advertising.
Non-essential cookies and storage rely on your consent. Limited cookieless technical signals, where applicable, support security, diagnostics and aggregate measurement. Browser settings can also limit or delete cookies, which may affect some functionality.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability where applicable, deletion or information about data processing, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD.
