- Open Project Online and click “New” and choose the type of project you want to create.
- Then fill in the fields with your project data and click Finish.

How to Post a Project in Project Online?
After creating and validating the activities, resources, work and project duration, it is necessary to save and publish it. The publication of the project is essential, because only published projects are displayed at the Project Center. If the project has not been published, it will only be saved in the cloud, but will not be displayed in the Project Center.
To publish your project:
- Open the project to edit.
- Before making changes to your project, Task > Edit Check out to exit reading mode and register information.
- Made any change, it is important that you save to record all new information. With the project open click Task > Save.
- Now, to publish it, in the Task tab just click the button Publish.
- Ready! Please wait to complete the publication.

Note: Ao close the project, if you do not want to make any further changes, do not forget to do the Check-in so that other project members can access and record information. If you don't want anyone to make changes, you don't have to.
