Currently, in a native way, PWA provides a list of risks on the project website (SharePoint) so that the risks of the projects can be registered.
In order for the project manager to use this list more efficiently, MLPro customized the risk list of PWA, allowing risk information to be more adherent to the reality of the companies. In addition, in the reports developed by MLPro, risk status information is displayed, allowing information management to be carried out more efficiently and dynamically.
The origin of risks
The project risks can basically arise in 2 moments in the projects:
- Mapped at the time of planning: When they are identified before the start of the project still in the project planning phase.
- During the execution of the project: When a previously unmapped risk can happen or is mapped during the project.
How to register risks in PWA
To record the risks:
- Access Project Center and then click the Project Website.
- Click on the risk list;
- To register a risk, simply click on “New Item”.
- Then the screen below will be displayed, just fill in according to the risk you want to register.
