In January 2025, Microsoft shared some resources to help you organize, track and manage your tasks more efficiently.
New improvements in Baseline
Baselines help monitor project progress by comparing initial planning with actual execution. Recent improvements include:
- detailed tracing of variations of onset, effort and duration;
- Highlight Guide, which presents crucial insights into critical paths, future tasks and possible delays.
These features are available to licensed users Planner and Project Plan 3 or Planner and Project Plan 5.
New project models available in Planner
Start quickly with new models ready for use. New premium models have been added, being: Objectives and goals, retrospective project, event planning, training plan and retrospective sprint. These models can help you set goals, organize sprints, plan events and more.
