In the previous publication we present the functionalities of the framework of hours and its main benefits for both employees of the company and managers.
In this article we will bring a new functionality called task framework and address its main characteristics and benefits to facilitate the management of the employee's activities.
What is the Task Board?
The Task Board is a feature of PPM that aims to enable simplified visualization of the employees' tasks.
With its use the collaborator will have greater ease to identify the tasks where he will need to work in the projects and this way he can plan his work more efficiently, improving the management of his activities.
How to use the task table ?
With the task framework, the collaborator can configure filters, so that you can see the whole work more broadly, as described below:
- All Incomplete Tasks;
- Expired Tasks;
- Assigned Recently;
- Completed Tasks;
These views will allow the collaborator to have control of all tasks assigned to him in the projects, allowing all project activities to be monitored or carried out within the set deadlines.
In addition, it is possible to allow the grouping of tasks also by project, status or custom groups where the collaborator can use a filter by group fields, and so you can choose the best way to view the information.
In addition to the views options above, the contributor can change the view layout by choosing between Gantt Graph, Phase Split Data and Sheet:
The contributor can also change the display units according to your preference, changing the duration, work and formatting of date that will be displayed.
After checking the notes, the employee should forward the status for approval of the manager.
The use of the task framework allows better visualization of the hours consumed in the projects and facilitates the work of monitoring the activities for managers of the areas.
