MLPro offers several personalized reports to improve and facilitate the management of your projects.
One of them is the WBS Report. It allows the visualization of the chosen project and its respective tasks, organizing the project work in hierarchies.
Divided into smaller deliveries and tasks, it allows the team to have a clear view of what needs to be accomplished, showing End, End of LB and %Completed information.
This MLPro report has a differential where each “card” or project stage has a color with its meaning, facilitating the identification of critical points, priorities and interdependencies between activities. Here is an example of the rapporteur:

A WBS is organized at levels:
- Level 1: The whole project.
- Level 2: Main deliveries or phases of the project.
- Level 3: Tasks or sub-deliveries that make up each phase.
- Level 4: Specific activities necessary to complete each task.
